Our bodies choose the path of least resistance, that’s just the way it is.
You don’t get stiff because you get old.
It’s a lifestyle thing.
Once you’ve booked, an invitation will be sent to your inbox. Make sure you have downloaded the Zoom App to your laptop or Ipad/notebook - mirroring phone screens onto Smart TV’s is an option too. Follow the link and you should be in. Please turn your audio off but I would LOVE it if you could keep your screens on. Try to log in at least 5 mins before class begins - I’ll catch you there!

You don’t need to be fit
You don’t need to be thin
You don’t need to be flexible or look a certain way
You are allowed to be a complete beginner
You are allowed to come in any shape, shade or status.
You are allowed to opt out if something doesn’t feel right for your body.
